Located in Mexico, Cumbres Santa Fe is an exclusive residential complex that works with six contractor companies to manage key services such as cleaning and gardening.
On average, between 80 and 100 external workers collaborate simultaneously on its premises, while throughout the year, the total number of external workers at the building amounts to approximately 500.
The Challenge: A Manual and Exhausting Process
For Iván, a Human Resources agent, the main challenge was collecting supplier information and ensuring REPSE compliance, all done manually. "The process was very rudimentary," Iván explains.
"From the 17th of each month until the 8th of the following month, I was requesting documents such as Social Security IDs, tax certificates, with hand-made compliance checklists. It was an endless task that took up practically three weeks."
The impact was felt not only in the workload, but also in the quality of time available for other responsibilities. "I was losing valuable hours on repetitive tasks that could have been much simpler," he adds. Before using Twind, the process was slow, manual, and highly dependent on the previous provider.
