Challenge

Gonvarri faced challenges in the manual management of contractors and suppliers, which resulted in slow processes, errors, and a lack of clarity in procedures. With more than 400 employees distributed across 8 work centers and a network of 20 contractor companies, which in turn employed between 100 and 300 external workers each year, the complexity of document management multiplied.

All of this implied assuming significant risks at Gonvarri's work centers, without being able to guarantee that only authorized contractors were operating there.
